The main hub for Norway, Oslo Airport Gardermoen, is now available from Aerosoft.
Located 35 km to the north of the city, the airport features two runways and serves as a hub to more than 100 international destinations. Gardermoen is also a base for mainline carriers such as Norwegian Air Shuttle, Scandinavian Airlines and Widerøe.
The package was developed by Jo Erlend Sund, the author of several Scandinavian airports for FSX and Prepar3D. It consists of terminal buildings with high-resolution textures and detailed interiors, while the surrounding areas features seasonal variations (plug-in required) and the sloped runways and taxiways are modelled with custom textures.
Ground clutter is scattered around the airport along with wig wag guard lights and animated windsocks. In X-Plane 11 default ground equipment is replaced with Norwegian style equipment. Animated jetways are supported along with an aircraft marshaller and a Visual Guidance Docking Systems (Autogate plug-in required).
