News: openVFR Buildings Now Available

By Richard Benedikz on 6 February 2013, 09:55

The team at openVFR has completed the development a new scenery series for FSX.

The new scenery packages named 'openVFR Buildings' adds thousands of generic autogen buildings.

The package uses OpenStreemap data to add buildings to their real world positions on top of existing scenery, allowing you to fly over realistic landscapes.

Other packages from the developer include
- 'openVFR Terrain' adds topographical information such as roads, railways, river, lakes, coastlines and forest,
- openVFR objects adds more objects like power generators, towers, stadiums.
- 'openVFR Mesh' improves the shape of hills and mountains
